1 General Terms & Conditions

3111 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "3111") is an online gaming platform operated through the 3111.vin website and its associated mobile app. These terms and conditions apply to every member who uses the platform.

2 Account Register

Registration on 3111 is completely free. However, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be closed at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Single Account Policy

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and no balances will be refunded. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device is not permitted.

Account Verification

3111 may request identity verification documents at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility

3111 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 3111 can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in BDT.
